Shipping Time
Due to different stock locations, delivery times may vary.
For products stocked in our Australian warehouse, delivery usually takes 3–10 business days.
For items coming from our overseas warehouse, delivery can take up to 6–8 weeks.
Shipping Carrier:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All packages are delivered using local Australian logistics providers, such as Australia Post, TNT, and Allied Express. Please note that all goods are delivered to the front door by default. If you require the items to be brought inside, there may be additional charges.
Shipping area: all products can currently only be shipped within Australia.
Shipping fee: free delivery to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth metro areas. Other locations require shipping fees, which depend on the carrier and may fluctuate with the market. As a general reference, shipping costs include a base fee of AUD 20 plus AUD 2 per kilometer. based on distance from our nearby warehouse.
