DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All packages are delivered using local Australian logistics providers, such as Australia Post, TNT, and Allied Express. Please note that all goods are delivered to the front door by default. If you require the items to be brought inside, there may be additional charges. All products can currently only be shipped within Australia, with an estimated delivery time of 3-10 days(Except for pre-order products). The cost is approximately a base fee of $20, plus an additional $2 per kilometer based on distance from our Sydney warehouse which based at WHS 11, 161 Manchester Road Auburn NSW 2144
REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@graceyears.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
